CUSTOM ORDERS

Below are items that are part of our core menu, or in other words, made every week. In addition to these items, we bake with the seasons, utilizing fresh produce, herbs and flavors that are consistent with what’s readily available in the spring, summer, fall and winter.

**Custom orders are fully booked through Christmas. We are still accepting Christmas Eve preorders. Please visit the Christmas Preorder “Order Here” button located on our home page.**

We are happy to accept custom orders for your event or party. Please note there are minimums depending on what is requested, and at least one week’s notice is required for custom orders. You can place a custom order by filling out the request below or emailing us directly at info@edgewoodbakeshop.com.

  • Classic Sourdough

    Round, crusty loaf with mild sourdough flavor and open crumb. Perfect for morning toast, grilled sandwiches or as an accompaniment to soup, stew or dipping oils.

  • Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough

    Sweet loaf swirled with raisin, brown sugar and cinnamon. Makes excellent French Toast.

  • Honey Oat Sandwich Sourdough

    Soft oats and local honey mixed into a sandwich-style tin loaf. Versatile as a toast and sandwich bread.

  • Rustic Rye Sourdough

    Rye sourdough made with strong molasses, caraway and dark rye flavor. Comes in either a round boule or a tin loaf. Recommended to pair with savory dishes, meats, cheeses and BLTs.

  • Croissants/Pain au Chocolat

    The classic. Our laminated croissant dough in its iconic form. Pain au Chocolat is a chocolate croissant. The same croissant dough in a different shape with a delightful chocolate interior.

  • Cruffins

    Cruffins, or croissant muffins, are made from our laminated croissant dough, proofed, baked and dusted in sugar. Similar to a morning bun. Inquire about current filling options.

  • "Puff-Tarts" or Turnovers

    We make our puff pastry with a % of fresh-milled Wisconsin-grown regenerative flour. Our puff pastry pop-tarts (or more affectionately known as puff-tarts) are filled and frosted with our signature squiggle. Our turnover fillings rotate with the seasons. Inquire about current filling options.

  • Cookies

    Our rich, underbaked-in-just-the-right-way cookies have several flavor options. Choose from Dark Chocolate, Pistachio + Sea Salt, a PB+J cookie (jelly-filled center), White Chocolate Funfetti or a 7-Layer.

  • Scones

    Tall, moist triangular shaped scones with a texture similar to a biscuit. Flavors change frequently and seasonally. Options always on rotation include Spinach, Feta + Cracked Pepper, Cheddar + Rosemary, Chocolate Chip Sour Cream + Cinnamon Chip. Inquire about additional current flavors.

  • Rye Brownies

    Fudgy and rich - just the way a brownie should be. We add a touch of Wisconsin-grown regenerative rye flour to enhance flavor and improve that fudgy texture we all know and love in a brownie.
